The second generation has a flange on the outer raceway for holding the bearings in place, which can be simply sleeved to the axle and fixed with a nut. It makes it easy to repair the car. The third-generation hub bearing unit is matched with the ABS anti-lock brake system. The hub unit is designed to have an inner flange, the inner flange is bolted to the drive shaft, and the outer flange mounts the entire bearing together. Worn or damaged hub bearings or hub units can cause undesirable and costly failures of your vehicle on the road, or even harm your safety.
